Responsibilities of the role: • Lead a team including Social Workers and Family Support Workers leading in S47 Inquiries . • Provide operational leadership and set high standards of practice and customer care. • Ensure delivery of child-centred services that comply with legal and statutory guidance. • Champion safeguarding and promote the welfare of children and young people. • Drive performance and quality assurance through reflective supervision and evidence-based auditing. • Collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen local service delivery. • Embed the Trust’s practice model, Connections Count, in everyday team practice. • Manage budgets effectively and ensure value for money. |
