Provide leadership and oversight in screening requests for intervention where children are suspected to be suffering significant harm. Offer advice and support to Family Help Teams. Assist with allocation of work and case progression. Deputise for the Team Manager when required. Undertake complex casework within Children and Family Services. Share and communicate thorough knowledge of legislation, national standards, guidance, and departmental policy through group supervision. This Order is currently open for Candidates.
