As a Family Support Worker, you will work directly with a family to ensure their day-to-day wellbeing, safety, and stability. The role involves:

Providing practical support to parents and children within the home.

Assisting with daily routines, including personal care, supervision, and household tasks.

Monitoring the family environment and identifying any safeguarding concerns.

Offering emotional support, guidance, and reassurance to help the family remain stable.

Working in partnership with social workers and the wider multi-agency team.

Maintaining clear and accurate records and reports after each shift.
This ensures 24/7 wrap-around care, allowing different workers to manage different parts of the day while maintaining consistency and stability for the family.
