The successful applicant will be required to undertake flexible working over a 7-day period, Early shift 08:00-19:00, Late shift 11:00-22:00 and night shift 21:30-08:30. There is an expectation the working week will be made up of a variety of these shifts.
The ideal candidate must have a current Approved Mental Health Professional approval and be willing to undertake subsequent training to fulfil roles and responsibilities for personal and professional development.
Regular formal and informal supervision opportunities are provided for all staff.
